Hey there!
I'm Tiffany, and I'm all about helping women find their balance and vitality. From overcoming burnout to navigating fertility and motherhood, I've discovered the power of nutrition firsthand. Now, as a nutritherapist specializing in women's hormonal health, I'm here to share my expertise and support your journey to wellness. Let's get started!
My Story
I've been passionate about health and well-being since I can remember, but it was becoming a mother that truly opened my eyes to the profound impact of diet on health. After a decade in e-commerce in Asia, experiencing burnout and fertility challenges prompted me to seek natural solutions. Upon being diagnosed with PCOS, I delved into the realms of nutrition and exercise to support fertility.

Following a journey that led me to undergo PMA treatment, my son was born in June 2019. Despite the immense joy, the postpartum period brought its own set of challenges - intense fatigue and the stresses of new motherhood.

Transitioning to life in London, I embraced the opportunity to enroll at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), immersing myself in the study of holistic nutrition for three years. Throughout my studies, I uncovered the manifold benefits of micronutrition, phytotherapy, and a holistic approach to health.

Simultaneously, I was blessed to conceive my daughter naturally, who arrived in March 2022. Yet, the postpartum period proved even more demanding: juggling fatigue, caring for two children, studying, and maintaining a vegan diet left me feeling depleted. Through prioritizing sleep, reintroducing animal products into my diet, and carving out time for self-care, I regained my balance.
Armed with a degree and a wealth of personal experience, I refined my expertise in women's hormonal health. Today, as a nutritional therapist, I am dedicated to helping women restore hormonal balance and well-being. I'm committed to continuous learning, staying up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements so I can offer my clients the best possible support.
My approach
As a Functional Nutritherapist, I take pride in tailoring my approach to each client's unique needs. I don't just scratch the surface; I dig deeper to uncover the root causes of health issues.

In addition to traditional tests like blood work, I've developed a fondness for cutting-edge tools such as the GI Map and, especially, the HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis). It's like detective work that I find incredibly fascinating and insightful. After undergoing specialized training, I'm adept at deciphering these results to pinpoint nutritional imbalances and hormonal patterns.

Through this holistic and personalized method, I've had the privilege of helping women manage and overcome a variety of health challenges, from endometriosis and PCOS to hypothyroidism and fertility issues.

It's important to note that my work is meant to complement medical care, not replace it. My goal is to provide my clients with informed guidance and practical solutions to help them restore their equilibrium and overall well-being.
